Each camper can choose from one of the following sports:
- Team 45: Team 45 is for all our 4 and 5 year olds. They will focus on basic sports skills such as throwing, catching, jumping, running, and other basic motor skills. These skills will be developed in the context of fun drills and games. Please bring along a water bottle and we will provide all the sports equipment necessary.
- Flag-Football: Players will focus on basic football skills like passing, receiving, defense, blocking, and rushing. Each day ends with a scrimmage. Flag Football is for boys and girls, ages 6-12. Each camper should bring a water bottle. We will be outside when we play.
- Soccer: Players will focus on basic soccer skills, like dribbling, passing, trapping, defense, goalkeeping, shooting and heading. Each day will end with a scrimmage. Soccer is for boys and girls, ages 6-12. Each camper should bring a water bottle and a soccer ball if they have one. We will be outside when we play.
- Cheer: Girls will focus on basic cheerleading skills, moves and dances. Cheer is for girls, ages 6-12. Each camper should bring a water bottle. We will be mostly inside when we practice.
